Data Coordination and Data Resources for the BRAIN Initiative

The BRAIN Initiative is entering a new phase of production-level projects and large collaborations, which will require broad efforts towards data coordination and funding for major data resources.  The speakers are each directly engaged in addressing various aspects of data management and coordination.  They will discuss 1) priorities and challenges for processing and analyzing large multi-modal datasets, 2) efforts to develop standardized data formats, 3) plans for a comprehensive web-accessible information system to organize and disseminate data produced by the newly established BRAIN Initiative Cell Census Network, and 4) progress and plans for data resources from an NIH funding perspective.
